My daughter and I purchased a 2016 used vehicle here a few months ago. It was supposed to be registered in both of our names and the loan in both of our names. We had to come back and fill in all paperwork again a month later, because they forgot to add my daughter. I have called them several times to resolve this issue, as we never received new registration. Someone finally called me back after the 4th phone call, that was a month ago.......told me the registration is fine. Well, it's not. It's still in only my name. Now the steps I have to take to resolve this issue are ridiculous, especially when it should have been taken care of from day one. And, they also told me they "found" a spare key to the car and were mailing it. That was a month ago. I've purchased many cars in the last 30+ years, and have never experienced such incompetence.
I bought a new Silverado from Shane. It was a pleasant experience. He was very helpful with showing me the truck and listening to what a wanted in the truck. He never tried to sell me anything I did not want, and was not overly aggressive trying to get a sale. I feel like I got a great price on my truck and out of the 4 dealerships I visited this was my best experience and the best price.
